Opel has released a handful of new teaser images of the Astra OPC EXTREME.
Set to be unveiled tomorrow, the Astra OPC EXTREME is described as a "direct derivative" of the Astra OPC Cup race car that competes in the Nürburgring EnduranceChampionship (VLN).
As a result, it has been equipped with an aerodynamic body kit that includes a ventilated hood, extended side skirts and a massive rear wing. The car also has a carbon fiber grille, a four tailpipe exhaust system and carbon fiber wheels with Hankook tires.
There's no word on performance specifications but Opel says the model is a "true super sports car" and the "fastest street-legal Astra" ever created.
The Astra OPC EXTREME will have a "low-volume production run" and we'll likely find out more tomorrow.
